• Reserve items online for collection after security
• Collect and pay for your items at the airport shop

3. Reservations and Orders

All reservations are subject to product availability at the time of collection. A reservation confirmation does not guarantee product availability. Payment is required at the time of collection at the airport retail location.

Prices displayed are subject to change and may vary at the time of collection. The final price payable will be confirmed at the point of collection.

4. Collection Requirements

To collect your reserved items, you must:

• Present valid identification matching your reservation details
• Collect items within the specified collection window
• Hold a valid boarding pass for an outbound flight from the collection airport

5. Cancellation Policy

Reservations may be cancelled at any time before collection without penalty. Uncollected reservations will be automatically cancelled after the scheduled collection time expires.

6. Eligibility

Some products may have age restrictions or other eligibility requirements. You must meet all applicable requirements to purchase restricted items. Airport retail staff may request identification to verify eligibility.

7. User Accounts
