Pickup Location

Visit the designated duty-free pickup counter located in the departure terminal after security.

Requirements

• Valid government-issued photo ID
• Order confirmation email or order number
• Boarding pass (showing same-day departure)

Timing

Order Cutoff: Orders must be placed at least 2 hours before your flight departure

Pickup Window: Items must be collected before your flight boards
